The new headquarters building for Ausco Modular’s National Office situated in Redbank, QLD. This is a 500m² three storey corporate office comprising of 29 individual modules which are prefabricated offsite in Ausco’s manufacturing facility and craned into final position on site.

Provide a turnkey modular solution to allow as much electrical infrastructure to be installed in factory prior to arriving on site. The intent is for the structured wiring solution to not only minimise onsite labour, but also mitigate services coordination and errors which can arise during the build.

Provided a full set of circuited electrical drawings (including cable tray reticulation) which was separated into a module-by-module packaging solution to assist with efficiency of material handling and wastage in the manufacturing facility.

A pre-tested modular solution which allowed Ausco to connect all 29 modules together onsite quickly and confidently while mitigating the risk of commissioning faults.
