37-level commercial office tower is the largest and tallest building within North Sydney CBD, with over 60,000sqm of premium office space. Client wanted a ‘plug and play’ temporary lighting solution that is reusable and low voltage for a safer installation on site.

MyModular determined that ELV-Lite would be best suited for this project because of the safety features the lights have. ELV-Lite also proved to be best suited for this project as all the light fittings are extra low voltage which eliminates an unsafe installation environment for temporary light fittings.

Providing the electrical contractor with an entirely modular lighting system, which they will be able to reuse on other projects and builds. Flexibility and faster installation resulting in lower costs for labour.

MyModular provided the office tower with over 3,000 ELV-Lite temporary light fittings through the office tower. The newest ELV flood lights were added to the project to help illuminate bigger spaces, while reducing the number of lights required in those larger spaces, these can be recycled for use of future projects.
